سياسة الغاء طلب لمشتريات تابي Tabby Cancellation Fee

عند إلغاء الطلب أو طلب استرجاع عن طريق وسيلة الدفع تابي أو تمارا، هناك نسبتين مختلفتين.

- نسبة قابلة للإرجاع

- نسبة غير قابلة للإرجاع

نود أن نعلمك أنه فيما يتعلق بطلبك بشأن استرداد أو إلغاء الطلبات، التي تمت عبر وسيلة الدفع تابي.

1- نسبة قابلة للارجاع .

وهي عندما يقوم العميل بطلب منتج ويكون هذا المنتج غير متوفر أو يعاني من عيب أو خلل مصنعي، يكون للعميل حق الاسترجاع. هذه النسبة القابلة للإرجاع تسمح للعميل بإعادة المنتج واسترداد قيمته وتعني أنه يمكنك استرداد مبلغ الدفع بالكامل عند إلغاء الطلب أو طلب الاسترجاع أو استبداله بمنتج آخر. يعد هذا الحق من الحقوق المهمة للعملاء لضمان رضاهم وثقتهم في العملية الشرائية. لذلك، يجب على العملاء التأكد من معرفة سياسة الاسترجاع للشركة او المؤسسة التي يقومون بالتعامل معها قبل القيام بالشراء.

2- نسبة غير قابلة للارجاع

هي نسبة غير قابلة للإرجاع، وتعني أنه لا يمكن استرداد مبلغ الدفع بالكامل عند إلغاء الطلب أو طلب الاسترجاع. هناك رسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد.

يرجى ملاحظة أنه عندما تقوم بالدفع باستخدام تابي، فإنها تستخدم بوابة الدفع لمعالجة المبالغ من بطاقتك.

وعند إلغاء الطلب، سيتم خصم نسبة 4% من قيمة الطلب.

وسيتم استخدام هذه النسبة كتكلفة إرجاع المبلغ لك. ولا يعود للمتجر بالفائدة على هذا المبلغ يرجى التأكد من طلبك قبل الاستكمال.

When canceling an order or requesting a refund via Tabby payment method, there are two different percentages:

- Refundable percentage

- Non-refundable percentage

The first percentage is refundable:

This is when the customer orders a product and this product is not available or has a defect or manufacturing defect. In this case, the customer has the right to get a full refund when canceling the order or requesting a return or replacing it with another product. This right is one of the basic rights to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in the purchasing process. Therefore, customers should make sure to know the company's return policy before purchasing.

The second percentage is non-refundable:

It means that there is a non-refundable fee. When paying with Tabby, and when canceling the order, 4% of the order value will be deducted as a refund cost. Please make sure of your order before completing. Kindly note this fee doesn't not benefit the store and is used to pay Tabby for the transaction cost
